Many capable people notice that progress stalls at a familiar point. A project nears completion and something interrupts it; momentum builds and then collapses.
These obstacles can involve energy, health, timing, belief and circumstance all at once. Considering them together may reveal connections that aren't obvious from inside the situation.
Many people feel distraught and hopeless when they keep running into these cycles. My job is to find where the cycle is repeating and to help the person create a detour — or a couple of detours — away from that repetition. I do this through the work of constitutional assessments.
How I approach it
I use the constitutional assessment to find where the cycle is repeating. Then I help you create a detour — or several — so you are not pushing through the same obstacle again and again. The aim is to stop starting over.
This is an exploratory entry point, not a diagnosis. Not every difficulty shares a common cause, and not every case arrives at a single explanation. Each individual will be unique.
Begin with the situation you're trying to understand.
You don't need to arrive with a complete explanation. Start with the concern that brought you here and what you would like to understand more clearly.
