Pattern 07 — Self-Worth

Recurring Self-Doubt & Self-Worth Patterns

Why do I keep questioning my own worth?

Explore self-perception, confidence, personal boundaries, and recurring experiences of self-doubt.

Self-doubt can persist even after years of effort to move past it. It may show up in work, in relationships, or in how a person cares for their own body.

How we perceive ourselves is shaped by history, environment and the state of the body and nervous system. Looking at these together can make a familiar feeling easier to understand.

Low self-worth is an enormous wound that keeps the body operating at a very low vibration. When the body operates at this low vibrational level, it is impossible to move into healthy relationships, a happy life, a peaceful life, a joyous life. So we move from those very low vibrations through the stages of grief and beyond, calling on the help of different energetic remedies and homeopathics, and find our way into something people who have lived with low self-worth never thought possible for themselves: a confident, joyful life.

How I approach it

We look at when this pattern began, how it has changed, and how it relates to your health and circumstances — exploring it as part of the whole picture rather than as a personal failing. Besides the constitutional assessment, I work with homeopathy here, chosen for the person in front of me.

This is an exploratory entry point, not a diagnosis. Not every difficulty shares a common cause, and not every case arrives at a single explanation. Each individual will be unique.

Begin with the situation you're trying to understand.

You don't need to arrive with a complete explanation. Start with the concern that brought you here and what you would like to understand more clearly.
