Pattern 02 — Relationships

Repeating Relationship Patterns & Conflict

Why does this friction keep returning?

Explore repeated interpersonal dynamics, conflict, boundaries, and relationship patterns.

Different people, different places, and yet the same kind of conflict appears. Many people recognise a familiar role they keep finding themselves in with family, colleagues or friends.

These dynamics can be connected to history, temperament, nervous-system patterns and the circumstances a person is living in. Seeing them as part of a wider picture can be more useful than looking at each conflict on its own.

Most people who come to me are simply tired of these dynamics. They want to live with healthier relationships, and have usually already tried to think their way out of them. A tangled system begins to loosen once it becomes conscious — seen clearly rather than replayed. The practices I have gathered over the years are chosen to fit each person precisely: enough to make room for the new life, and to let the old one go.

How I approach it

We work with the constitutional assessment first, because your way of relating is not separate from your constitution and your health. Then we make the tangled system conscious — where it began, how it repeats, and what it costs you to keep carrying it. From there, I help you let go of what belongs to the old dynamic, so the relationships you want have room to come in.

This is an exploratory entry point, not a diagnosis. Not every difficulty shares a common cause, and not every case arrives at a single explanation. Each individual will be unique.

Begin with the situation you're trying to understand.

You don't need to arrive with a complete explanation. Start with the concern that brought you here and what you would like to understand more clearly.
