My formal study of herbalism and energetic physiology began in 2008, with a focus on constitutional dynamics, systemic pattern recognition, and the underlying architecture of chronic illness. Since then, my work has expanded through continued study in classical homeopathy, clinical herbalism, chronic case analysis, Eastern constitutional theory (TCM), and subtle energetic systems.

Since 2013, I have undertaken long-term Amazonian plant dietas within traditional frameworks, deepening my understanding through sustained immersion, experiential study, and direct mentorship with female teachers. These experiences refined my ability to recognize recurring constitutional patterns that often extend beyond conventional models of assessment.

Over more than fifteen years, these disciplines gradually converged into an integrated structural framework which guides my work today. Rather than approaching healing traditions as separate modalities, I evaluate how constitutional patterns interact across biological, energetic, inherited, environmental, and adaptive systems to understand the deeper architecture underlying chronic and complex conditions.

My work focuses on the individual by identifying structural patterns such as inherited predispositions, immune imprints, chronic destabilization, and systemic distortions. By mapping these relationships as an interconnected whole, I develop individualized strategies that support greater coherence, resilience, and long-term restoration.

I believe that lasting change requires more than intervention. It requires disciplined observation, structural precision, and the ability to perceive the body as an integrated system rather than a collection of isolated symptoms.

My practice is designed for individuals navigating complex, layered, or long-standing health challenges who are seeking a deeper understanding of the patterns influencing their health and a carefully considered path toward lasting transformation.
